Over 30 years experience marketing for SMEs at B2B/B2C strategic and tactical levels on both client and agency sides across many types of business from technology, software, IT, telecoms, retail, logistics, brands, services, travel and working with budgets from £10,000 through to £3 million.

That has included targeting virtually every market sector and target audience from C-Suite to small business owners, channel, consumers and the general public.

Why use a part-time marketing director?

I am knowledgeable about all marketing services, activities and functions and, by effectively combining client-side realism and systems/process knowledge with agency production practicalities and creativity, I evaluate opportunities based upon real-world experience and am used to reporting at Board level.

Having been a Head of Marketing responsible for delivering appointments and sales ready leads to nearly 200 sales people, I know how to build a very productive, trusted working relationship with Sales. When Marketing and Sales work well together any business thrives.

I have worked for and with well-funded (Dolphin Telecom, NYNEX) and entrepreneurial start-ups and have a very good understanding of what must happen to drive success.
